These terms govern your use of Mizoriya, a platform for local businesses to publish offers and for customers to discover them. They apply equally to customers and business users — Mizoriya has one account type, and every user agrees to the same terms.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using Mizoriya — browsing offers, signing in, publishing a business profile or offer, or submitting a review — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Mizoriya.
2. Eligibility & Your Account
Mizoriya signs you in with your Google account — there's no separate username or password. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure, and for any activity that happens under your Mizoriya account through it.
3. Customer Responsibilities
When browsing offers or submitting reviews, you agree not to:
- Submit fake, abusive, defamatory, or misleading reviews or ratings
- Submit more than one review for the same offer
- Misuse the platform in any way that disrupts it or harms other users
4. Business Responsibilities
If you create a business profile and publish offers, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information (name, contact, location, offer details)
- Never publish offers that are misleading, fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate
- Honor the offers you publish for the dates and terms you advertise
5. Enforcement
Mizoriya may remove any offer, review, business profile, or account that violates these terms, without prior notice, to keep the platform trustworthy for everyone.
6. Content Ownership
You keep ownership of the content you submit (business details, offer banners, reviews). By publishing it on Mizoriya, you give us permission to display it on the platform as part of providing the service. The Mizoriya name, logo, and platform itself remain our property.
7. Availability
Mizoriya is provided "as is." We aim to keep it available and accurate but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of offers or business information submitted by users — that's each business's responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mizoriya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on any offer, business listing, or review published by another user.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Mizoriya evolves. Continuing to use Mizoriya after a change means you accept the updated terms.
