Mizoriya ("we", "us", "Mizoriya") operates a platform where local businesses can publish promotional offers and customers can discover them. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's used. It applies to every Mizoriya user — customers browsing offers and business owners publishing them alike.

1. Information We Collect

From Google Sign-In. Mizoriya uses Google (via Firebase Authentication) as its only sign-in method. When you sign in, Google may share the following with us:

  • Your name / display name
  • Your email address
  • Your profile photo URL, when your Google account has one
  • A unique Firebase authentication user ID, used to identify your account

We don't set a password and never see your Google password — sign-in happens entirely through Google.

Business information. If you create a business profile, we collect what you submit: business name, category, phone number, description, address/location, logo, and any offer banners/images and offer details you publish.

Customer activity. If you submit a review or rating for an offer, we store the rating, comment, and the account it's linked to. We also keep basic account information (the details from Google sign-in above) tied to your activity.

2. How We Use This Information

We use the information above to:

  • Authenticate you and keep your account secure
  • Provide core Mizoriya functionality (browsing, posting, reviewing)
  • Publish and display business profiles and offers to other users
  • Publish and display reviews and ratings on the relevant offer
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse of the platform
  • Understand usage and improve Mizoriya over time

3. What's Visible to Other Users

Mizoriya is a discovery platform — some information is public by design. Business profiles, published offers, and reviews (including your display name and profile photo on a review) are visible to anyone browsing Mizoriya, including visitors who aren't signed in. Your email address and Firebase user ID are never shown publicly.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Information

Mizoriya does not sell your personal information to third parties. Information is used to operate and improve the platform as described above.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep account, business, offer, and review information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Deleted offers and businesses are retained in our systems for a period rather than removed immediately, to support recovery from accidental deletion and basic record-keeping. If you'd like your account or personal data deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll act on it within 10 days from expired data.
